Heartsaver® CPR AED
Description du service
This course is designed for individuals with no medical background who need CPR and AED certification for work, school, or personal preparedness. You’ll learn how to perform high-quality CPR on adults, children, and infants, and how to properly use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in emergency situations. Heartsaver CPR/AED is widely accepted for fitness professionals, educators, childcare providers, security personnel, and workplace responders across various industries.

All course payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and are happy to accommodate rescheduling within the following guidelines: Rescheduling 48 Hours or More in Advance You may reschedule at no additional cost by contacting your instructor at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class. A list of alternative dates for the exact course you registered for will be provided, with options available for up to 3 months from your original class date. Rescheduling Within 24–48 Hours of Class Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your class will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. You will still be given alternate dates to reschedule the same course within a 3-month window. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of Class Rescheduling within 24 hours or less of your scheduled class will result in a $35 rescheduling fee. You will still be given alternate dates to reschedule the same course within a 3-month window. 🚫 No-Shows Without Communication Failure to attend your scheduled class without prior communication will result in a forfeiture of the course and all associated fees. Special Exceptions All exceptions to this policy will be considered at the sole discretion of Heartbeat CPR & First Aid LLC. If you experience an emergency or special circumstance, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
