Our Founder & CEO
Kathleen Pittman possesses over 30 years of combined experience in the medical and healthcare field. She has pure dedication to serving others through compassionate care, strong clinical expertise, and a commitment to community wellness.
Her journey began as a volunteer EMT at her local Fire Department, where she developed a passion for emergency response and hands-on care. She went on to support school athletic programs and extracurricular groups as a trusted Emergency Medical Technician, eventually spending over a decade providing private pediatric care to families in need of skilled, nurturing support.
For the past 15 years, Kathleen has served as a Registered Nurse, leading both in adult direct patient care and in team lead management roles. Her nursing background spans acute care, emergency medicine, intensive care, telemetry, wellness management, instructing and certifying medical students in a college setting, and she continues to support her community through PRN nursing, health fairs and volunteer work.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing as well as an Associate Degree in Nursing. She is certified in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support) and as a BLS instructor.
Whether caring for critically ill patients or empowering others through CPR and first aid training, Kathleen brings empathy, skill, and excellence to everything she does.
