Policy

All course payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and are happy to accommodate rescheduling within the following guidelines:

Rescheduling 48 Hours or More in Advance

• You may reschedule at no additional cost by contacting your instructor at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class.

• A list of alternative dates for the exact course you registered for will be provided, with options available for up to 3 months from your original class date.

 Rescheduling Within 24–48 Hours of Class

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your class will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

• You will still be given alternate dates to reschedule the same course within a 3-month window.

 Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of Class

• Rescheduling within 24 hours or less of your scheduled class will result in a $35 rescheduling fee.

• You may still reschedule the same course within the next 3 months, based on availability.

 No-Shows Without Communication

• Failure to attend your scheduled class without prior communication will result in a forfeiture of the course and all associated fees.

Special Exceptions

All exceptions to this policy will be considered at the sole discretion of Heartbeat CPR & First Aid. If you experience an emergency or special circumstance, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
